GDAL can be finicky at times, so the first error may stem from version incompatibility issues. I would try removing gdal and reinstalling either with conda or pip.

The second error resulted from a recent change to the spacenet_utilities github repo. This error is resolved in the newest versions of the spacenet_utilites repo and the geojson_to_pixel_arr.py script
